Veuve Clicquot is teaming up with Sally Abé for a champagne pairing tasting menu at her Westminster restaurant, The Pem. The seven-course ‘La Grande Dame Backyard Gastronomy’ menu places greens entrance and heart, with dishes together with British peas with lemongrass, Exmoor caviar and Dorset clams; grilled British asparagus with Yorkshire pecorino, Cornish greens and candied porcini mushrooms; herb-stuffed Cornish brill with Tokyo turnips, wild garlic and sunflower seeds; and apricot tart, hazelnut frangipane & apricot sorbet, all served with La Grande Dame 2015 from the home. coloured circumstances are additionally provided.
